Happy Earth Cleaning Co-op: Becoming an Employee-owned Business

Owners Marion and Jesse Dunbar started Happy Earth Cleaning in 2010.  Family ties in another state were calling them to move but they didn’t not want to sell to another company or close down completely.  They wanted to reward their employees for helping them build the business so in 2019 they converted to a Worker Owned Cooperative.  And the rest is history….
